PSSAT 2003 Annual Meeting

February 5th, 2003

G. Rollie White Visitor's Center

P resident Jon Brandt announced recently, the details of the upcomming PSSAT 2003 Annual Meeting.

The agends is as follows:

Social Hour - 6:00 PM. Bring your own beer and cooler.

Buffet Dinner - 7:00 PM. $8.00 per person.

"The meal and annual meeting will be held at the G. Rollie White Visitor Center at the Animal Science Complex. This facility is located 5 miles west of the main Texas A&M Campus, on Texas Highway 60 (West of College Station). Look for three flags in front of the center. Enter the complex and turn toward the flags. Follow rhe road around and turn at the first right into the parking lot. The visitor center is across from the parking lot, " Jon announced.

Items on the agenda for the Annual Meeting include:

* After dinner speaker Dr. John Jacob.

* Soil Texturing Contest

* Business meeting consisting of committee reports, awarding our annual Scholarship and election of officers.

A reminder to all Committee Chairpersons: a copy of your annual report should be sent to Vice President, Joe Castille prior to the meeting.

   
 
 

Soil Survey and Land Resource Workshop

The 2003 Soil Survey and Land Resource Workshop is slated for February 6th and 7th, 2003. It will be on the 3rd floor of Rudder Tower, located on the main campus of Texas A&M University.
